| 10:00 a.m. | Degree Recipients, Parents, Faculty and Guest assemble in the Convocation Hall, SC Bhadra Auditorium |
| 10:15 a.m. | Assembling of BOG, Academic Council Members for academic procession at Admin Board room |
| 10:15 a.m. | Chief Guest will arrive at VC office, CGU Campus and received by President, CGU with others present. |
| 10:30 a.m. | Hon’ble President, Vice President and VC join the Academic Procession and proceed to the Convocation Dais |
| 10.40 a.m. | National Anthem |
| 10.42 a.m. | Hon’ble President, CGU declares the Convocation open. |
| 10.45 a.m. | Welcome address & report by the Vice Chancellor, CGU |
| 11.00 a.m. | Address by Hon’ble President, CGU |
| 11.10 a.m. | Presentation of Ph.D., Master, Bachelor and Diploma Degree Certificates by Hon’ble President, CGU |
| 11:55 a.m. | Presentation of Gold medals by Hon’ble President, CGU |
| 12.05 p.m. | Charging with the degrees to Ph.D., Master, Bachelor and Diploma degree holders by Hon’ble President, CGU |
| 12.08 p.m. | Signing of the Record of Degrees by Hon’ble President, CGU |
| 12.10 p.m. | Pledge by the University topper |
| 12.15 p.m | Convocation Address by the Chief Guest, Mr. Vijaya Kumar Ivaturi, Co-Founder and CTO of Crayon Data, Singapore |
| 12.35 p.m. | Hon’ble President, CGU declares the Convocation closed. |
| 12.50 p.m. | National Anthem |
| 12.52 p.m | Convocation Procession exits the Auditorium. Conducted to Green Room to take off Ceremonial Robes |
| 12.55 p.m | Convocation comes to a close. |
