| 10:15 a.m. | Assembling of BOG, Academic council members for academic procession at admin board room |
| 10:15 a.m. | Hon’ble Governor, Odisha & Visitor CGU will arrive at VC office, CGU Campus and received by President, CGU with others present. |
| 10:30 a.m. | Hon’ble Governor, Odisha & Visitor CGU, President, Vice President and VC join the Academic Procession and proceeds to the Convocation Dais Arrive at the Convocation Dais |
| 10.40 a.m. | National Anthem |
| 10.42 a.m. | Hon’ble Governor of Odisha &Visitor, CGU declares the Convocation open. |
| 10.45 a.m. | Welcome address & report by the Vice Chancellor, CGU |
| 11.00 a.m. | Address by President, CGU |
| 11.05 a.m. | Conferment of Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) to Dr. A Sivathanu Pillai |
| 11:10 a.m. | Presentation of Ph.D., Master and Bachelor Degree Certificates by Hon’ble Governor, Odisha & Visitor |
| 11:55 a.m. | Presentation of Gold medallist by Hon’ble Governor, Odisha & Visitor |
| 12.05 p.m. | Charging with the degrees to Ph.D., Master and Bachelor degree holders by Hon’ble Governor, Odisha & Visitor |
