Please refer to the steps and detail of documents required for enrolling into the Bajaj Engineering Skills Training (BEST) programme at CGU, Odisha for July 2025
Candidates applying via CGU - BEST July 2025:Batch
- Scan the QR on Register through the link
- Click on the 'I Agree' button to accept the Terms and Conditions. Next fill in the details requested on the registration page displayed.
- Please note, upon successful registration an auto-generated email confirming your registration will be sent to your given email ID.
- All future correspondence concerning CGU-BEST Program will be communicated upon successful completion of candidates registration
Payment Information:
- For Diploma Trainee Engineers (DTE), the standard course fee including lodging and boarding is ₹1,00,000. This has been partially waived, and the payable amount is ₹25,000 per student.
- For Graduate Trainee Engineers (GTE), the standard course fee including lodging and boarding is ₹1,50,000. This has been partially waived, and the payable amount is ₹29,000 per student.
- In addition, students from the EWS category enrolled in both diploma and degree courses are eligible for a full fee waiver. Initial preferences will be given to women candidates. This waiver applies to 30% of the notified seats
- Upon successful registration, students' profiles will be reviewed by our internal team. Only the selected candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be notified separately regarding the payment process.
Documents Required:
1. Scanned & self attested copies of educational marksheets/ Certificates i.e 10th/SSLC,12th or equivalent & qualifying diploma/degree (as applicable) (max size 2MB in .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf format)
2. Recent passport size photograph (max size 1MB in .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf format)
3. Updated Resume/CV (max size 3MB in .pdf format)
4. Instructions for uploading EWS Certificate: Upload a valid and clearly scanned copy of your EWS (Economically Weaker Section) certificate in PDF format. Ensure that the certificate is issued by a competent authority and is within the validity period. The file size should not exceed the specific upload limit. (max size 3MB in .pdf format)
5. Document certifying category (OBC/EWS/ST/SC/Differently abled) (max size 2MB in .pdf format)
Terms & Conditions
Registration for CGU-BEST shall not be construed as confirmation of selection or admission to the course. CGU-BEST reserves the absolute right to reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide any reason, including but not limited to instances where the applicant fails to meet the minimum eligibility criteria or where the batch size requirements have been fulfilled.
