About Us

Bajaj Auto Limited has Launched its flagship CSR initiative, Bajaj Engineering Training Centre at CGU Campus, to Skill Engineering and Deploma holder in emerging areas of manufactur- ing technology. As part of this initiative CGU-BEST CoE aims to set up state-of-the-art centre with laboratories having world-class equipment that will enable the hands-on-skilling of thousands of young Engineers, making them competent and employable. It will address the skill gap in the manufacturing industry. The courses will equip the stu- dents with practical industry-relevant skills, knowledge, and the mindset to be job-ready. The curriculum is designed by industry experts, senior leaders, and engineers of Bajaj Auto Ltd, in line with the current and futuristic skill requirements of the industry. CGU-BEST CoE aims to support youth from socially and economically weaker sections of society through scholarships and help them gain sustainable livelihoods.
